Art Department Travels to UK
  Ms. Vanessa Wright's art classes attended the "See Art" experience hosted by the University of Kentucky's art department. JKG Teacher Recognized
  Congratulations to Mr. Stephen McCauley who received the High Performer Award and was recognized for being an outstanding Multi-Year Specialist with Jobs for America's Graduates (JAG).
 

Haunted House Fun

Key Club Installation
 
The PHS Key Club was excited to meet  Governor Chuck Fletcher and Lt. Governor Kendra Skidmore at the Kiwani's Club Installation dinner on October 26, 2015. JKG Visits Ramset
 
Mr. Stephen McCauley's JKG class toured Ramset, a local Paris industry.  A big thank you to Judy Tucker for helping to make this great experience happen.

Greyhounds are District Champs!
 
Congratulations to the Paris High School football team who defeated Bishop Brossart Friday evening to win the district championship! This is the first district championship since 2001 and the first undefeated district championship since 1984. Congratulations to Coach Brian Washington and the Greyhounds who are now 9-0. Key Club Sponsors UNICEF Drive
 
Paris High School Key Club members just kicked off their Trick or Treat for UNICEF on October 2, 2015. They will be raising money that will go to benefit women and children to receive lifesaving vaccines in countries where these vaccines are rare. If you would like to donate, please see any of the members above, or the front office has a box as well!

Extra, Extra!
  High School students in Mr.Daniel Perea's class created a newspaper written entirely in Spanish. Visit us on Facebook to read the complete version of the newspaper.
 

Expansion of the Universe
 
Students in Mrs. Colleen White's science class used a balloon to investigate what happens to galaxies (dots) as the balloon inflates.

Accuracy and Precision Lab
  Students in Mrs.Colleen White's science class participated in a hula hoop contest and determined accuracy and precision from the data. Dontez, Aaron and Stewart were the winning team.
 

Homecoming Queen Crowned

PHS Football News
  The date of Paris vs. Bracken County football game has been changed.  Paris will play at Bracken County on Thursday, October 1, 2015.  Game time is 7:30 p.m.
