The annual festival features America’s best loved storytellers in a beautiful mountain lakeside setting.  The stories were told in large tents on the shore of Cave Run Lake at the Twin Knobs Recreation Area in the Daniel Boone National Forest. Students were able to experience different talented storytellers and listen to their beautifully scripted stories while enjoying some of Kentucky’s most beautiful landscape. These authors brought to life all of their stories and the students were able to fall in love with old and new stories.
