Weekly update 6/11/2020

Next year we will be offering a strings program for our students at Paris Elementary School! Through a partnership with Old Town Violins in Lexington and Natalie Howe Music Instruction, we are going to be providing lessons after school for students in small groups. Mr. Griesser will be sharing more information about this oppourtunity in the near future! We are so excited about this oppourtunity for our students!

Very important announcement:
Food service continues throughout the summer, Monday through Friday 8:30-10:00.

Fall Re-entry:
Our 4 task force subcommittees have met or will meet this week.
We continue to focus on 4 areas
Health and Safety, Maintaining Quality Learning, Supporting Exceptional Learners and District and School Operations.

We have already placed orders for PPE, gloves, masks, hand sanitizer, thermometers etc…
Ordering additional technology for our students to potentially take home if that is needed
Developing plans to maintain social distancing measures while we are in school
Looking at staffing and schedules to ensure that we can keep surfaces clean between student transitions and from day to day.
