Interested in attending Paris City Schools in 2022/23?

My child attended Paris Schools in 2021/22 and I want them to attend again in 2022/23

Congrats! You're done! If your child was registered at Paris City Schools in the 2021/2022 School Year, you do not need to register them again in order to attend this year.

Be on the lookout for information from your child's school.

I live inside Paris's School District and I want my child to attend Paris City Schools in 2022/23

Whether you live in or out of Paris City School's District Boundaries, you may register online by visiting THIS LINK.

If your child did NOT attend Paris City Schools last year but you would like to register for this year, please fill out the form by clicking the link above.

You may also register In-Person by visiting our Central Office building below Paris Middle School on 7th Street during regular business hours. Be sure to call our Central Office at 859-987-2160 if you have any questions!

I live outside of the Paris School District Boundaries and I want my child to attend Paris Schools

Good news! We are now accepting Non-Resident Enrollment Applications.

House Bill 563 which goes into effect on July 1st 2022 no longer requires students to attend a school in the district or county where they live.

Whether you live inside or outside of Paris City School's District Boundaries, you may register online by visiting THIS LINK.

If your child did NOT attend Paris City Schools last year but you would like to register for this year, please fill out the form by clicking the link above.

You may also register In-Person by visiting our Central Office building below Paris Middle School on 7th Street during regular business hours.

A few notes:

Non-Resident Enrollment cannot exceed building or classroom capacity.
High School Athletes must meet KHSAA requirements regarding transfers in order to play immediately at the Varsity level.
Transportation will be limited outside of district boundaries.

What documentation do I need to register my child in school at Paris?

A legal birth certificate or other reliable proof of age and identification
A current Kentucky certificate of immunization
Proof of a preventative health care examination conducted within six months prior to initial entry into the Head Start Program and another preventative health care examination within one-year priority to entry into the 6th grade
Proof of an eye examination between ages 3-6 by an optometrist or ophthalmologist, documented on the Kentucky School Eye Exam Form; documentation must be presented to the school district no later than January 1 of the first year that the child is enrolled
Proof of a dental screening or examination by a dentist, dental hygienist, physician, registered nurse, advanced registered nurse practitioner or physician assistant, documented on the Kentucky Dental Screening Form (This form must be presented to the school no later than January 1 of the first year that a 5- or 6-year-old child is enrolled.)
